Our Return Policy
Everything You Need to Know
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping and Delivery
How We Do It
Shipping is handled by a third party courier. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 days of receiving the order. If you have not received your order within this time, or reasonable timeframe thereafter, please contact us for further assistance and updates.

Due to the weight of some of our products, we may need to contact you for bespoke shipping and handling fees that are not listed on our check out page. This will be an additional charge to your placed order, or a suitable method of delivery/pickup can be arranged for very large orders.

For large orders that consist of full pallets of product, we will aim to get this dispatched within 48 hours. But in some instances this can take 7-10 working days as the product may need to be produced first. (This is a guide only and is not subject to any warranty or condition).

Product Specifications and Suitability

Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. We shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability, design (or otherwise) of any products. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon the return of the item. Please see our ‘Returns’ section.
Prices and Payment
Prices shown on this website are inclusive of VAT. Any applicable carriage is payable by the customer in addition to the displayed price. We undertake not to take or retain any details of your credit or debit cards at any time during your use of this website.
Payment will be taken from your card at the time we receive your order.
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Orders received during these operating hours will be prepared and sorted the following day, and registered with Courier Collection for the next available pick up schedule.
Any orders placed after store order receiving hours will be processed the following working day.
Any orders received on a Friday will be prepared and scheduled for Courier Collection at the next available pick up schedule. (Please keep in mind that this may only be the following Monday)
Any orders received on a Saturday/Sunday will be processed on Monday.
